I worked the shift for the big game yesterday and needed a few good drink specials to promote. Since the game was held in Miami, I decided to come up with a tropical shooter using some overstocked ingredients and named it the South Beach Slammer. Everyone loved it, so I thought I would share.


SOUTH BEACH SLAMMER (shooter)
1/2 oz. Margaritaville Passion Fruit Tequila
1/2 oz. Pineapple/Coconut Pucker
The tiniest splashes of orange, cranberry, and grapefruit juices.

Add all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake, strain & pour.
